Since beginning his career with Shiseido in 1991, he has consistently dedicated himself to the cosmetics industry, applying his expertise across both Japanese and international markets.
His drive for innovation led him to join Rohto Pharmaceutical in 2016, where he spearheaded the development of new ventures, including those in professional haircare and animal healthcare. Guided by a vision to create bold, transformative value, he continually seeks to push beyond conventional boundaries.
In October 2023, he founded Rohto MediLuxe Europe, a company focused on pioneering new business initiatives and investment strategies across the EMEA region, where he now serves as Chief Executive Officer.
